Mounted with four 1/4" bolts with lock nuts.  You can see the scrape on the side cover where the mill pulley cover was too close to the side cover.  I fixed this by adding a washer on top the of the post to raise the cover slightly, now it clears fine.  Hmmm, where's that touch up paint?
